We were served by Ms Chin. She is friendly and was helped us to choose the t-shirt we were to print on. She was clear in her explanation on the price and timing on when we can expect our print to be ready. She sent the artwork to us for confirmation before printing and will advise us if our design was clear or not. We can bring our own hoodie and pay only for the print. Even when we had feedback on the outcome of the printing, she bounce it off the production team and took our feedback constructively for improvement. Overall we are happy with the outcome and also reasonable pricing. Thank you Ms Chin. Recommended.
