What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 1 pieces per product. Simply because we cannot go lower then that.

What minimum qualifies as a bulk order?

An order containing 10 or more pieces of the same design (front / back and or sleeve).

How to I submit Bulk Order enquiry?

Our friendly colleague will keep in touch with you within 2 working days, and they will provide you with a printing technique proposal and quotation or will ask for additional information. During submitting of an inquiry, it is important that you provide us as much information as possible, including: your design, a high-resolution graphic, product selection, quantity, expected delivery date and applicable link (if the product or design was found on the Myteemyprint site) as well as your address to deliver. If you’d rather place a re-order, contact your bulk representative or shoot us an email.

You have so many different print techniques, how do I know which one is suitable for my design?

Choosing the correct print technique is difficult and technical. Please feel free to share more on your preference and detail interms of quantity / design and product chosen, we will be able to suggest accordingly.

Where can you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide, price is subject to location.

Shipping fees is RM9 within West & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)..
You will receive your tracking number via email/ whatsapp once your parcel has been shipped out.
Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

Expedited International shipping will take 15-20 working days.
We provide Shipping at RM40 for Singapore.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel been shipped out.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

When I can receive the products?

As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. From there, the delivery will take around 5-10 days* Our team will proceed the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

*During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfil the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 2-3 days to deliver.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address / whatsapp associated with your order once the item has shipped.

Can I change my order once the order is confirmed?

We do not encourage our customer to modify their orders once their order is confirmed as it could incur extra charges. Nevertheless, we will try our best to solve your problem.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days from the day you’ve received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

What items can't be returned?

No refund and return for printed items. All of our products come personalized to our customers’ specification. As a result of which we are unable to accept returns / refund.

What's the timeline for my exchange or refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-14 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, except AMEX and Billplz (all major domestic online banking).

How does the discount codes work?

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers

Do you have a store or any shops that I can walk in to buy?

Is self-collection available?

Self-collection service from our Workshop is available.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not have cash on delivery service.
