Welcome to MyTeeMyPrint! When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. After receive of your order we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products and prices you ordered. If you do not receive such an email within 24hrs of placing your order please contact our Customer Services / Via whatsapp +60182266673

All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.

Production lead-time for all orders are 5-10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday).

As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. From there, the delivery will take around 5-10 days* Our team will proceed the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

* During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfill the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 2-3 business days to deliver.

* Please expect longer delivery lead time for order outside Malaysia.

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) using standard delivery courier

Online promotions are only applicable for online purchases. Promotions may vary from in-store promotions. Any excess amount banked in will NOT be refunded.

Refusal To Process An order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will then not receive an e-mail acknowledging your order and there will be no contract between us. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods with your approval. If you decide not to accept these, we will then perform a refund to you without proceeding your order.

Pricing policy

All prices shown in the website are in Ringgit Malaysia. Where applicable, price may change from time to time. In case we use a special sale offer price please note that this might be a limited period offer. The price for goods remains the same regardless of the country of delivery.

Delivery charges

A charge will be made to cover postage and packaging on all orders sent to single addresses. The delivery charge is not included in the product prices shown.

We also offer international delivery to a number of countries. All orders for international delivery are subject to international terms and conditions.


We accept Visa Debit/Credit, Master card, American Express payments and Bank transfer.

All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Description of Products and Availability

If an items sells out we will take it off display as soon as possible. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you, or if we receive no response to our e-mail we will continue to process the remaining items of your order.

If an offer is subject to a limited period of availability or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.

Shopping, Registering as a Client and Placing an Order

We have tried to make shopping with us as easy as possible, e.g. you can filter by type of product. If you would like to place an order, please first register as a customer with us. You will then be given a unique personal log-in name and password combination by email. Your personal details will be stored behind your log-in name and password and can only be accessed and changed by you. As soon as you have a log-in name and a password, you can place an order. You could select your products before you register, but before you can check out you will need to go through the registration process.

After you have registered, if you wish to place an order, select the goods and you may start personalize your awesome tee. choose the colour and size you want, and press “Add to shopping cart” button. When you have finished shopping, click on the “Check-out” button. This starts the payment process. Check your details and design carefully and enter the address you want your order delivered to.

Once you have placed an order, it will then be confirmed by email. Please check your order and the confirmation thoroughly. It is important that you give a correct and personal email address when you register in order to avoid errors. Please make sure that your SPAM filter does not cause you not getting our messages.
When placing an order you have agreed that these Terms and Conditions apply to such order.


When your order has been shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation by email / Whatsapp. This will include a tracking number of your parcel in order to track its progress.

We do deliver to addresses in Malaysia and internationally. Please note it’s not possible to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box.

We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and a valid email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, you will receive a “Sorry Card” and if our courier service provider does not receive any feedback from you, we regret to inform you that your package will be returned to MyTeeMyPrint. Any rescheduling of delivery and charges incurred will be borne by you.
If after 90 days from the date your order is available for delivery or collection, the order could not be delivered or collected for reasons not attributable to us, we shall assume that you wish to cancel the Order and it will be terminated. As a result of the termination, all deposits and payments paid will be forfeited and no further enquiry will be entertained.

Transmission Of Risk And Ownership Of The Products

The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you (or a third party nominated by you).You will take ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amount due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery, whichever is the later.

Proof Of Delivery

Our courier service may request for a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased. In circumstances where our courier service fails to deliver to the intended recipient, it may deliver the order to the reception of the recipient’s address, and obtain a signature from the receptionist as a proof of delivery.

Cancellation and Return Policy

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty of miss-described.

Complaints must be registered with us within 14 days of receiving the order. Longer than this may result in the complaint not being upheld or reject.

Strictly no refund and return for printed items. All of our products come personalized to our customers’ specification. As a result of which we are unable to accept returns.
Faulty Goods If there is a problem with the goods please contact us within 14 days to discuss the matter further.

If the goods are found to be faulty upon delivery, you may reject the order and claim a full refund once we have received the order back. If the fault is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint beyond the 14 days specified, you may not be entitled to a repair or replacement. If the complaint is registered with us within the specified time frame, and a replacement is not available, you may claim a part or full refund of your money back if the complaint is deemed valid.

No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not heeding, or incorrectly heeding the user/washing instructions, colour output different.

Colour Outputs

We understand that colour output on printing is very important for you and your creation. However, we are unable to guarantee 100% matching to your media with different medium. Because the image on the screen and the image kicked out of our printer are two different breed. Screen’s pixels are emitted light. And printer simply can’t print light. It uses dyes and pigments to replicate the colors. Therefore claim and complaint on different in colour will not be acceptable.

Artwork Clarity

Artwork output are greatly depends on the artwork size and pixel uploaded. Any artwork as per below the minimum 300ppi resolution may be blurred:

Chinese fonts: The size of about 0.5 (cm) is the min. limit Output for text smaller than this will be at risk of blur printing. Printing is not recommended.

English fonts: The size of about 0.5 (cm) is the min. limit. Output for text smaller than this will be at risk of blur printing. Printing is not recommended.

Line thickness: about 0.1 (cm) is the limit. Output for text smaller than this will be at risk of blur printing. Printing is not recommended.

About defective products: The following conditions are the definition of defective products:

  • Damaged or large holes that cannot be repaired or that affect use.
  • Large-scale soiling that cannot be cleaned or that seriously affects the appearance.
  • Item receive no as per order, incorrect item or color.

If the condition cannot be classified into any of the above four items, it will not constitute to the definition of defective product. The following conditions also do not constitute defective products:

  • The outer packaging is damaged (for logistics problems).
  • Minor loose thread, hook stitch, threads end, repeated sewing: The goods are all handmade, and the thread ends are normal. Basically, the stitches are inside the product, and repeated sewing will not affect the functional use, and it is not a defective product.
  • The product fades after being put into the water.
  • Chromatic aberration or color cast.
  • Turner and workmanship are not perfect.
  • Pattern and cutting matching not perfect.

Size and printing: Within 100 (cm) ≤ 5% tolerances, above 100 (cm) ≤ 5% tolerances. There are a lot of manual links in the production. Please make a special note if there are any specific remarks to follow. We will follow the remarks according to the order status or discuss with you separately

Returns Process

For orders delivered to a Malaysia address, if you want to return any faulty products in line with our Return Policy, please contact us at

We will re-imburse the amount you paid for your purchase with us to your account within 30 days if return request are approved.
In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase with us including the original shipping costs. Any costs incurred on your behalf for the return of the wrong item shall also be refunded by us once we have received the goods from you.

If you order products from our Malaysia website for delivery outside the Malaysia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be held liable for any delay in delivery due to parcels being held for inspection by customs.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product you have ordered can be lawfully imported into your desired country. When ordering from us, you are classed as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We advise you to make any necessary checks in relation to this before placing your order.

We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. You agree that if any liability is incurred by us because of this you will reimburse us for any costs, damages and expenses to us in connection with any such claim.
Payment Payment from outside of the Malaysia may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Payment shall be made in the currency relevant to the country of delivery. Please view our Payment Page. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.

We do our utmost to provide you with the best information, products and services possible. In the case you do have a complaint or other comment to make please contact us by telephone, email or post at the earliest possibility clearly explaining the feedback you have.
