Made an order around 4pm Thursday for pickup on Friday, by 10am the next morning I already received a text saying I could pick up my orders!!

I had experienced some trouble with the website but the staff was very helpful on Whatsapp and helped guide me to process my orders too.

The quality of the print is superb and although these were the cheaper options for cloth materials it is really a bang for your buck!

Ordered my design. Pink sweaters. The quality of the fabric is good and soft. However the printing quality is very dissapointing. The design did not come out sharp. Even have mould or cutter/ glue traces. The poor outcome is very visible. Very dissapointed with the outcome.

Have done custom printing/embroidery with MTMP twice now. The first time was through their website which was easy to navigate and add on my designs. Also was able to follow up with someone from the team to confirm the order, which was very reassuring.

The second time was for a large order for my work. Went in person to see samples of jackets and t-shirts. Esther attended to us and was ver accommodating, explained things very clearly. I was even able to loan some samples to show my team, to confirm the order - rather than having to take a chance or buy the sample.

The results were great and i was updated throughout the process for check points or progress updates. Small details were taken into consideration - like making sure the embroidery was stitched behind the lining so it was neat and seamless.
Really appreciate the great work done by the MTMP team! Looking forward to coming back!
