Have done custom printing/embroidery with MTMP twice now. The first time was through their website which was easy to navigate and add on my designs. Also was able to follow up with someone from the team to confirm the order, which was very reassuring. The second time was for a large order for my work. Went in person to see samples of jackets and t-shirts. Esther attended to us and was ver accommodating, explained things very clearly. I was even able to loan some samples to show my team, to confirm the order - rather than having to take a chance or buy the sample. The results were great and i was updated throughout the process for check points or progress updates. Small details were taken into consideration - like making sure the embroidery was stitched behind the lining so it was neat and seamless. Really appreciate the great work done by the MTMP team! Looking forward to coming back!
